I reached out to Merit and had a tech at my office within an hour to diagnose and see if it was possible to retrieve the data for me (my backup had failed too). They saved the day! The computer was toast but Logan (tech) was able to retrieve invaluable data from the computer so nothing was lost. I'm just a small office but the fact that they were so prompt in helping me and knew how important this was to me made me a client for life!
